If you’d like to join the SoSalsa student society, then please fill in the register-form. Simply download the form (one of the files below), fill it in, and return it to one of the board-members.

Goals of SoSalsa!
The Salsa student community has emerged from the interest for Salsa and all that is related to Salsa. The goals of SoSalsa are as follows:
- To make the existing community visible for (new) salsa students.
- To maintain the continuity of the salsa community. New salsa students will be welcomed and acquainted to the world of Salsa by fellow students, in order to welcome other students themselves at some point.
- To install horizontal and vertical connections between students of all different levels. To ensure students of all levels get to know each other such that possible fear of dancing with a higher level student disappears.
- To contribute by means of Salsa and other activities within the society to personal development. SoSalsa! is always looking for more members to help organize our activities.
Activities of SoSalsa!
‘SoSalsa!’ has the ambition to offer great activities as salsa students exchange and salsa trips. Below you will find the activities which are offered in the short term. As the association grows, new activities will be added. The creation of new activities is not merely a job for the board, rather all members are invited and encouraged to think along and take the initiative. In the short term, the following activities will be offered:
- ‘SoSalsa!’ drinks. ‘SoSalsa!’ members get acquainted without being intimidated by each other’s level, all with a drink in one hand.
- ‘SoSalsa!’ parties. Parties at which everyone can dance with everyone else, and at which dance levels do not concern one another.
- Members of SoSalsa always get a discount on ‘SoSalsa!’ parties.
- Workshops for members of all different levels. External teachers will be invited to give workshops in Salsa and other Latin-American dances.
- SoSalsa organizes members weekends. sometimes they are salsa related, like a trip to the 'Antilliaanse Feesten' and sometimes just to have fun together.
Things you can do now!
- Register for Salsa classes, either at the TU Delft Cultural Centre or at a different dance school.
- Register for the Salsastudents mailing list. Registration to this list keeps you informed of all Salsa parties every week. It was this list that started the community and lead to the foundation of ‘SoSalsa’. To register, click this link, and fill in the form.
